The 59 Thinline hits all the right notes both visually and sonically. The semi-hollow body design combines the warmth of a hollow body with the sustain of a solid. The Rockfield® P90 pickups have the twang of a single-coil, but with a midrange bump for a warm, rich tone. The 4-way selector switch engages both neck and bridge pickups in series for a thick, punchy humbucker-like sound. Combined with the semi-hollow body, this gives the 59 Thinline a distinctive sonic character. The rock maple neck with its toasted jatoba fingerboard and modern c-shape profile makes the 59 Thinline comfortable and easy to play.
