Nowsonic Phonix

Phono preamplifier and USB audio interface
Item number:10004913 EAN/UPC:4250673500253
The Nowsonic Phonix is a two-channel phono preamplifier for connecting analog sources like turntables and line equipment (e.g. tape recorders, DVD players or musical instruments) to a computer. The input signal is transferred to the digital domain in high quality. The Phonix is connected to the USB port of a PC or Mac and can then be used to record and play back audio data in perfect quality.
With the Phonix you can digitize your analog records or tapes and thus preserve them for eternity. Thanks to the modern driver technology, it is possible to perform AD/DA conversion at 44.1 or 48 KHz with very low latency. The Phonix is directly supported by the native device drivers in the operating system and therefore no separate software installation or maintenance is required.
